SHIPPING: 
Indibox is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. All of Indibox orders are shipped door-to-door from our warehouse in Bangalore, India to your provided shipping address.
We aim to keep every item on our website in stock. If there is an item which you purchase and then we realise this item is not available, we will promptly inform you within 2 working days of your purchase and fully refund your money for the out of stock item.
Please note by purchasing from Indibox you as the buyer agree to our shopping terms, conditions and policies.

SHIPPING COST:

  • Shipping charges of Rs.150 are applicable for orders for and below Rs.1999.
  • Shipping charges for orders of Rs.1999 and above charges are free.
  • Our prices are inclusive of taxes.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER:
On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order. In few locations, the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of your location by our logistics partners. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. In case you need a garment by a particular date, please reach out to our team and inform us in advance.

TRACKING:
You can track your couriers once we send you an email about the tracking details.
Cancellation will only be accepted if your order hasn’t been shipped. If you cancel your order before it has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

RETURN POLICY:
All our products are handcrafted by traditional craftsmen in India. Unevenness in colour and texture of print or fabric is not a fault. Most of the processes are manual; hence the irregularities.
Please read item descriptions carefully and note the sizes of products before you place an order.
MADE TO ORDER products are not eligible for exchange or returns.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the instructions below:

  • Exchange/Return will be only accepted once.
  • We only exchange a product for once and when informed within 2 working days from receiving the goods.If you would like to request an exchange please write to us at care@indibox.co.in
  • Items which are to be exchanged need to be sent back within 7 days of receiving the goods.
  • Indibox will replace the returned items or issue a credit note for the cost of the goods after we have received the returned shipment.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address.Company will not be responsible for any loss in the courier sent by you.
  • If we have sent you a wrong item (wrong style, colour or size), shipping charges for the replacement will not be billed to the customer.
  • The value of the exchange order cannot be lesser than the original order. However, it can be more. In this case the difference amount has to be paid by the customer

Exchange will be done in the following cases:
  • Genuine sizing issues, only for unused garments. Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.
  • In case Indibox discovers that a wrong item (wrong style,colour or size) has been shipped to you.
No exchange will be done in the following cases:
  • In case of minor design and colour variations. With hand made products there will always be some variation between products.

Refunds will be done in the following cases:

  • Packages lost in transit.
  • In case Indibox discovers any wrong pricing in its online catalogue and the price charged to you is higher than the actual price.
No Refunds will be done in the following cases:
  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
  • Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
  • After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
  • Package refused by recipient.
  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

Note: Exchange and Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment.

SALE ITEMS:
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
